SELF MOTIVATION: Because more company requirement interview only students mark wise.so,some students very well technical skills and working knowledge.but ,this type of students not allow for interview . first change the education system.next,students avoid the private and govt job dreams. first find our talent .worked at own businees...reach the good goals in our future..
